Plot Summary

As Lucy speaks to Imitatia who is a doll, Gray and the others are exhausted from destroying the chains, yet the ship is falling down. Meanwhile, Natsu battles Midnight, and Klodoa fights Elfman and Romeo. Midnight opens the Gate of WraithWail and tosses Natsu into another world. In a flashback, Lucy remembers her birthday gift which is a doll given to her by her parents. Imitatia tells her the good times that they shared, and when Lucy's mother passed away, Lucy starts distancing herself from Imitatia because the doll reminds her of Layla. Jude picks up the doll and places the doll near the family portrait. As he speaks to the doll, he wishes that the doll becomes Lucy's sister. Years later, Midnight gives the doll life, and she states that she was given a mission to work with Jude Heartphilia to obtain the key. By Jude's bed, Jude hopes Michelle (Imitatia) would be Lucy's sister. Then, Lucy hears the words from her best friends. Back in the Natsu's battle, Natsu struggles to break free, and she sees Coco and Happy banging on the amber wall.

When Lucy snaps and uses Infinity Clock on Midnight, Midnight starts to remember what happened back at Tower of Heaven. Natsu gets free and attacks Midnight. After the two exchanged magic blasts, Natsu asks Midnight what he sacrificed. He and Midnight slam fists when the two's ideals clash again. Natsu starts to overwhelm Midnight, and he remarks that Midnight's view is twisted. During their intense battle, Midnight's body begins to crack, and while Midnight wonders if he's afraid of meeting his father, Natsu delivers the final blow to Midnight's face. With Lucy gone, the others start to hear Lucy's voice all over the ship. Warren communicate to Lucy and everyone about Jean Luc's findings. Lucy taps into her magical energy, and as she believes in herself, Imitatia appears by her side. She returns the world back to normal.
