Plot Summary
The Mayor of New York City is coming to Tokyo to take a look at the Babylon Project. So, for show, SV2 has been assigned to security for the Mayor's meeting at the Diet Building. Liasing with them is Kanuka Clancy, a police officer from the NYPD in charge of one of their Labor teams.
However, what would normally be a laid-back assignment is made more stressful when an giant missile launcher is found, aimed at the Diet Building. Asuma and Kanuka must work together to disarm the launcher.
After disarming the launcher, Unit 2 learns that Clancy will be joining them for 9 months to learn more about how Japan's Patlabor units are run.
