These are good quality image, Wales. Don't worry about it. Your images are way better than my Rave Master's images. I had a hard time looking for images and had to resort to use Spanish subtitled videos' screen shot. They were much better than the beginning episodes of Rave Master. I have to go back and replace them.

I just hate that the older animes do not have the best images like the newer animes today.

Well, I have the fortune of having all of IGPX on DVD so its easier to pause, get images, and edit them.

How do you take screen shots off the DVDs? I never done that before. This sounds promising because I won't have to deal with subtitles and water marks.

It depends on what system you run and if it can play DVDs. I'll assume for now that you have a laptop or computer capable of playing DVDs. First thing you do is pop open the DVD and begin to run it. While it loads, open a blank document for MS Paint.
Now while you are watching the DVD, if you see something that you want to capture, hit pause. Wait for all the icons to go away and hit the "Print Screen" button or "Prnt Scrn" button in the top left hand corner of the key board. Then go to MS Paint. In Paint, go to Edit then hit Paste. The screen shot you grabbed should paste on it. After that, save the image to your Pictures folder.
When you get to the Pictures folder, click on the image you captured. At the top of the menu bar, there should be an icon that says "Fix". Click on that and then click crop. Adjust the box accordingly for how you want to crop the image and then click apply. That should be the last thing you do and the image is nice and cleaned up and can be uploaded on to the site.
I think I will make a guide since other people may not know how to do it with illustrations. I hoped I helped some for you.
