The episode opens with a narrator who explains who "Space Dandy" is; an alien hunter who travels to different planets to discover new alien creatures. Somewhere out in space, on the Aloha Oe, Dandy is talking to his robot companion, QT, about how women shouldn't be judged only on their breasts. He asks QT what the measure of a fine woman really is, and she suggests the heart. Disappointed, Dandy tells her that the behind is what a real man judges a woman on. Questioning the point behind the entire conversation, QT breaks the fourth wall to hand back over to the narrator, who explains that mankind has advanced to become a true spacefaring species. However, it's now known that humans are just one of the countless species spread throughout the universe.

Dandy decides to head to one of a chain of "breastaurants" called Boobies that's famous all across the universe. The narrator explains that because each Boobies franchise has a different roster of attractive women from different species, Dandy has made it his purpose in life to visit them all and dreams of one day buying out the chain. Dandy "camouflages" himself by ordering a drink and ogling the ladies while QT tries to hunt for aliens. Eventually they find a cat-like alien from Betelguese snapping pervy photos of the waitresses and manage to capture it during a chase scene where Dandy hits everyone except for the cat.

Meanwhile, a giant talking gorilla flying in a spaceship shaped like the Statue of Liberty's head pursues Dandy while the narrator suddenly remembers that there's an intergalactic war going on between two space empires, and the gorilla believes that Dandy holds the key to one of them.

After taking the cat-alien onboard their spaceship, the Aloha Oi, Dandy and QT find that its name is an unpronounceable sound (to them), so they decide to call it "Meow" and take Meow with them on their alien-hunting adventures. However, when Meow goes to spin up the warp drive, QT warns him that they haven't gotten it fixed yet. Meow hits the button anyway and sends them through an interdimensional warphole, and inadvertently helps them escape the gorilla pursuing them.

While in some kind of negative space, Dandy spots a chain and uses a metallic ship arm to grab it, ignoring QT's warning that doing so might cause an unrepairable rift in space-time. Somehow, the ship ends up hovering over a planet where there might be rare aliens, so Dandy and Meow prepare to teleport down to the surface, but the teleporter is an old model so it takes them three minutes to beam down.

Dandy and Meow finally reach the surface of the planet and discover a series of giant aliens that they are ill-equipped to fight, so they try to run away as each alien begins fighting with each other and traps Dandy and Meow in the crossfire. QT tries to beam them out, but accidentally beams a giant alien tentacle monster aboard instead.

Dandy tells QT to use his last ditch resort, a bomb hidden in the head of the luau girl figure on the ship's dashboard that goes supernova shortly after activation. Unfortunately, he didn't think about an escape plan and says he's glad to have died with a full head of hair. The bomb explodes next to the planet, killing everyone on it.
