Leukocyte

Overview

The Leukocyte is a constellation of Quasi-Zenith Satellites. Once completed, it’ll have full 24-hour coverage of Japan’s entirety; and will basically have the ability to strike any part of Japan at any time. According to Gai, GHQ created this to exterminate the Japanese people.

The leucocyte is controlled through a quantum cryptography system on ground, 200 m below the Tsukigase Dam. The control cores controlling the Leucocyte are within a superconductive “float cage”, and switches on to “autistic mode” in response to any physical stimulus. Once that occurs, it cannot be manipulated from the outside. That means that to manipulate the control cores, they cannot be touched.
