D's symbiotic partner and comical foil.
Left Hand is a symbiote embedded into the palm of D's left hand whose wise-cracking comments often serve as a foil to the poker-faced and well-mannered D. It is unknown how it became a part of D's body. But Left Hand is often a huge asset to D thanks to the large number of mysterious powers it is capable of using and its extensive knowledge of the lost culture of the Noble vampires.
