Characters who exercise their strong libidinous desires in unwholesome ways, such as peeping on the objects of their desire, making inappropriate comments, stealing underwear etc. Though typically middle-aged or elderly men with a penchant for young girls, there are probably a few dirty old women out there.
Can also refer to a man or woman who uses their charm, money, influence, or good looks for the purposes of having sex. Often with no interest in a long term relationship with the object of their attraction, and a strong desire for multiple partners.
