Sometime after Yo Sato nearly escapes the incinerator with his clothes, he meets the leader of the Gundogs, who offers to let him (and Hana) join their gang. The dogs work as a pack, providing a safe way to get to the discounted bento before anyone else can get one. However, Yo feels conflicted, as the bento just don't taste the way he usually likes it.

After a few more nights, Yo decides to go back to the Wolves, believing that the bento taste better after fighting for them.
