A powerful Newtype found by Char, who takes her under his wing. She ends up piloting the Newtype mobile armor MAN-08 Elmeth.
Although not in the series for very long she played a key role in cementing the rivalry between Char and Amuro. Lalah's spirit occasionally returns from beyond the grave to haunt both Char and Amuro, as seen in Char's Counterattack.
