An assassin for his gang. He loves nothing more than taking his work home with him.
If he's not shooting you, he's stabbing you.
If he's not stabbing you, he's strangling you.
If he's not killing you? He's likely about to.
Ladd Russo is the nephew of the head of the Russo crime family, and acts as their primary hitman. Alongside a group of white-wearing underlings and his fiancee, Lua Klein, Ladd wreaks havoc, which led him to the Flying Pussyfoot.
The original idea for this character came from Ryohgo Narita, who stated that Ladd was his favorite character, and was later illustrated by Katsumi Enami. In his anime incarnation, Ladd is played by Keiji Fujiwara in the Japanese language track and Bryan Massey in the English dub.
Throughout the duration of the anime series, Ladd retains his trademark white suit. However, during the finale (also represented in the first episode) of the anime, Ladd is depicted missing an arm. Also, in the subsequent light novels where Ladd is imprisoned in Alcatraz, Ladd has replaced his arm with a metallic substitute, and his blond hair has faded to white.

The Flying Pussyfoot
Ladd was in charge of an operation that took place on this brand new train. Although the main aim of the mission was to ensure the cooperation of a Senator in exchange for the safety of his wife and daughter, Ladd instead used the mission as an excuse to go on a murder spree alongside his white-suited group. Alongside this group and his fiancee, Lua Klein, Ladd boarded the train, intent on killing everyone on the train.
Ladd soon began a homicidal spree, whilst also clashing with the henchmen and daughter of Huey Laforet, a certain Chane Laforet, which was kicked off to a dramatic start with Ladd's brutal murder of one of the henchmen with his bare fists. He also traded blows with Jacuzzi Splot and Claire Stanfield.
He was later hired on board the train to murder the remaining passengers by Czeslaw Meyer, who wanted to smoke out the remaining immortals on board.
In the end, Ladd had a showdown on the top of the train with Claire Stanfield, and chose to sacrifice his left arm to save his fiancee, Lua Klein.
(This arc has not been animated, and remains solely in the light novels.)
After the events on board the Flying Pussyfoot, Ladd Russo was arrested and tried for the murders committed on board. Although Ladd claimed to have killed these people in self defense, he was sent to Alcatraz, where his hair turned white, and where he had a replacement for his missing arm fashioned. Teaming up with Isaac and Firo, the three are trying to find a way to escape from The Rock.
