Plot Summary

Juvia thinks Gray is Jealous
Juvia thinks Gray is Jealous

Natsu's gang finds a mysterious object in the desert. Natsu punches it only hurting his hand in the process. When Michelle notices a key hole, Lucy summons Cancer to lock-pick it with his scissors. As Cancer unlocks it, the mysterious object glows, and the sand surrounding it sinks down into a hole.

Elsewhere in Fiore, Juvia's group finds the entrance to the ruins, and the rock guardian wakes up. Gray and Lyon find out that their magic has no effect, so Juvia attacks the guardian's eyes based on the gatekeeper's words. Inside, they find floating rocks and markings of Zentopia. Lyon finds out that they can move the rocks by using magic based on their arrows. He starts calling Juvia "Juvia-chan" which annoys her. Gray tells them to cool it, and Juvia thinks Gray is jealous. Juvia points to the Zentopia crest, and she and Lyon move the rocks, so the rocks can enter the holes in each corner. The Zentopia crest's frame shifts into its correct position. The crest glows brightly.

Below the desert, Lucy's group helps out Michelle who is buried in the sands, and after that, they attempt to open the gate with different words. Romeo asks the door politely to open. Once the door opens, Lucy explains that they are in the sacred graveyard. She rotates a Zentopia crest, and it triggers a trap. The statue heads and the walls surround Natsu's group and crushes them. However, Natsu's gang survives by diving into the nostrils of the statue heads. Lucy decides to move the crest the other way, and the trap is trigger again. Natsu finds Lucy hiding in Horologium and Virgo lying on the face of the statue in her bikini. Lucy orders Virgo to dig a hole, and the group falls down. At Gray's location, they find themselves teleported to a strange world. They make a path using the rocks, and Sugarboy announces himself to Gray's group. Sugarboy attacks and traps Juvia and Lyon in his slime magic. Lyon and Juvia tell Gray to pursue Sugarboy. Gray catches up with Sugarboy, and the two throw the cubes at each other. This completes the road, and the object (key) appears. When Gray strips his clothes off, Sugarboy's heart goes pitter patter.

In the underground desert ruin, Virgo hands Lucy back her Fleuve d'étoiles. Michelle informs Happy about the coffins that Happy mistakes for statues. Natsu looks at a golden statue head and smashes it because it looks like Gray. Then, a trap is triggered. Natsu's gang find themselves chased by a large boulder. They approach three bridges, and Romeo picks the middle path for them. Suddenly, the group finds themselves between two boulders. Natsu and Romeo destroys the boulders while Happy lifts Michelle and Lucy. As the gang falls down, Romeo and Natsu use their fire to swing themselves to a pillar, and Lucy uses her magical whip to hoist Happy and Michelle to a pillar. In Gray's battle, Gray and Sugarboy duke it out for the key, and the two touch the key and get themselves transported back to the ruins. Lyon finds being stuck with Juvia forever is a nice idea much to Juvia's dismay. He freezes the slime in order to free themselves. Juvia blushes at Lyon for a bit. Back to Gray and Sugarboy, the two fight over the key. Sugarboy keeps imagining Gray falling in love with him. He confesses that he loves Gray, and Sugarboy blasts Gray with flaming slime. Lyon tells Gray not to give up and bring shame upon Ur's name. Both Gray, Lyon, and Juvia finish off Sugarboy with their combo attacks. Sugarboy continues to make Gray feel uncomfortable. In the ruins below the sand, Lucy's group encounters Coco and Dan Straight.
