An mysterious organization that's been stomping out crime and piracy is monitoring an heir to a family, whom is getting married for two months. Little do they know, that the bride-to-be will be in an intense competition that she will participate in and so are some of the organization's members!
Overview
La Storia della Arcana Famiglia is an anime series that is based on HuneX and Comfort Soft's adventure game that is generally aimed for a female audience. (There are male fans of the game.) The anime is directed by Chiaki Kon with the characters designed by Mai Matsuura. For the game, Chiyomi Sara is the one who originally designed the characters.
The anime is licensed by Sentai Filmworks. For audiences outside of Japan, it is streamed legally by Crunchyroll starting on July 1st, 2012.
Plot
The story revolves around Felicità who is main female lead, and she finds herself as the prize for Arcana Duello. Her father, Mundo, is retiring and hosts to tournament, and whoever wins this contest of Arcana Powers shall have the right to be new successor of the Arcana Famiglia (mafia) family and the right to marry Felicitá. Though, Felicitá objects and works hard to gain her independence and sovereignty in the family.
Characters
- Felicità - The main heroine whose father makes her the trophy wife in the upcoming Arcana Duello. Whoever wins the tournament shall marry Felicità and become the boss of Arcana Famiglia.
- Libertà - He's one of the mafia members who promises Felicità to fight for her freedom.
- Nova - He's Felicitá's cousin who fights for her freedom as well.
- Debito - He's the head of the Coin Regalo.
- Pace - Another love interest who is a close friend of Debito and Luca.
- Luca - He's Felicità's caretaker during her childhood.
