Haruto answers the agent's questions, and when he mentions L-elf's name, all the agents point their gun at L-elf. L-elf stands up and talks about an earthquake, a riot, and a time, 3:14 PM. ARUS arrives to Haruto's school to offer aid. Aina remarks that this might be the last time they will see the school. Saki asks both Haruto and Shoko about the shrine when she notice them looking at each other. In an interrogation, the agents keep watch over L-elf. While Yuusuke hugs a tank, Takahi and the rest of the female students take a bath together. ON the roof, Marie asks Shoko if anything happened between the two but receive no answer. Meanwhile, Haruto reveals his wounds heal quickly when he cuts his finger. Then, he suffers a spasm and attacks Kyuuma. After Saki slaps Haruto, Haruto realizes that he did the same thing to L-elf. Then, a woman comes in to take Haruto to see Senator Figaro. The senator and his secretary persuade Haruto to post a message. As a result, the masses respond to his message. When Haruto asks the senator if he's going to fight, Figaro replies that they will run away to survive. Back in the interrogation room, L-elf breaks free by throwing a screw at the lights. He takes the glass shards to break free from the ropes and quickly kills the soldiers after taking one of the machine guns.

Deep in space, A-drei asks Cain to let him capture the Valvrave. Cain allows them another chance. In JIOR 77, Haruto helps everyone evacuate. In school, Takahi rounds up students for the evacuation while Satomi calls Akira to leave. Meanwhile, L-elf outmaneuvers ARUS's garrison using only traps and his intelligence. While Haruto recalls what L-elf says, Raizou demands Haruto to give him Valvrave. While Shoko looks for Haruto, she finds Akira's hidden room. As ARUS attempts to board the JIOR, L-elf triggers a smoke trap. This startles the captain who urges to back the ship. As a result, the ship damages itself and wedges itself in port. While the students and the public are thrown in a panic, L-elf arrives at 3:14 PM and asks Haruto to make a pact with him to liberate Dorssia.
