Kouta Oyamada

Origin

A timid, shy boy who has moved from the rural countryside of Japan to the big city in order to attend classes at Kunpo High School, Kouta Oyamada is beginning his first year and isn't sure of what to do. On his way to his first day of school, he comes across the beautiful Chizuru Minamoto and from that point onwards, he becomes more and more involved with her as the school year progresses. He is surprised by just how interested she is in him, and even more stunned to learn down the road that Chizuru is not who she seems to be.

Creation

Kouta Oyamada was created by both Ninshino Katsumi and Yamki Rin for use in the KanoKon manga. It is not fully known as to what inspired them to create him. Kouta first appears in KanoKon #1 and KanoKon: Volume One.

Powers

Kouta does not harbor any special powers or strengths like the ones that you see with Chizuru, Nozomu, or Tayura, but he does have the unique ability to "fuse" together with Chizuru whenever they kiss each other, allowing for her to enter his body and for the two of them to unleash hidden levels of strength that far surpass most demons or spirits.
