Konoha Inoue is a main character of the Book Girl franchise who was recruited into the Literature Club in order to write short stories for the club president.
Overview
A protagonist of the Book Girl franchise, Konoha Inoue is high school student writer. He was recruited into the literature club by president and previously sole member, Tohko Amano. In the literature clubroom, he writes Tohko short stories. She refers to as "snacks." This is because Tohko is a spirit that can only consume words printed on paper and cannot eat conventional food.
He is a talented writer but is not openly confident about his skill. Despite this, Tohko encourages him to write proactively.
While he is reluctant to get himself involved in the affairs of others, he is obligated as the only other member of the literature club to accompany Tohko in her philanthropic ventures. In one case, Tohko even requests him to write love letters in order to make progress in helping a person in need of assistance with their love troubles.
