Kokoro Connect

Overview

Kokoro Connect is an anime adaptation of the light novel series of the same name, covering the first four novels in 17 episodes. The anime is produced by Silver Link with the voice cast from previous drama CDs returning to reprise their roles. The screenplay is written by Fumihiko Shimo, the character designs are by Toshifumi Akai, and the sound director is Toshiki Kameyama.

Licensing

The anime began airing in Japan on July 8, 2012. Crunchyroll provided a simulcast for audiences outside of Japan while Sentai Filmworks licensed it for home release.

Student Cultural Society Club

	Taichi Yaegashi (八重樫 太一 Yaegashi Taichi) Voiced by: Takahiro Mizushima Occupation: Student (Class 1C) Gender: Male
	The main protagonist, Taichi is a major pro-wrestling fan. Inaba calls him a "selfless freak" since Taichi often tries to help others even at his own expense. He is in love with Iori, but it seems he may also have feelings for Inaba.
	Iori Nagase (永瀬 伊織 Nagase Iori) Voiced by: Aki Toyosaki Occupation: Student (Class 1C), Club President Gender: Female
	President of the cultural club, Iori is generally easy going and cheerful. She lives with her mother but often has to look after herself. Having had several stepfathers due to her mother repeatedly divorcing and remarrying, Iori started altering her behavior and personality to better fit the expectations of other people, and ultimately develops worries that she has no real personality of her own. She is in love with Taichi.
	Himeko Inaba (稲葉 姫子 Inaba Himeko) Voiced by: Miyuki Sawashiro Occupation: Student (Class 1C), Club Vice President Gender: Female
	A very assertive and otherwise sarcastic member of the cultural club, Himeko is usually the voice of reason in the club to talk sense into Taichi and the rest when things are rough.
	Yui Kiriyama (桐山 唯 Kiriyama Yui) Voiced by: Hisako Kanemoto Occupation: Student (Class 1A) Gender: Female
	Yui is skilled in karate but is one of the more emotionally weaker members of the group. She has androphobia which makes things with Aoki awkward, since he claims to be in love with her. Naturally she tends to hang around with Iori and Himeko more than the boys in the club.
	Yoshifumi Aoki (青木 義文 Aoki Yoshifumi) Voiced by: Takuma Terashima Occupation: Student (Class 1A) Gender: Male
	The final member of the cultural club. He is rather kind, although also fairly gullible. He is in love with Yui, who, although doesn't return the same feelings, doesn't seem to mind his advances as much as she claims.
