The village one day had gotten word that Koala had been freed from slavery, and she was being returned by the Sun Pirates. The Marines had made a deal with the village elders to set a trap for Fisher Tiger, the Sun Pirates capture, in return that they would not repossess Koala as a slave for the world nobles. After a tear filled reunion, Koala told her how kind the fish-men had been to her, and they weren't as scary as everyone had believed. As Fisher Tiger walked away, Koala hollered after him to thank him for keeping his promise. Koala's Mom and the rest of the village hid the fact they had made a deal to set up Tiger with the Marines. When Koala heard the gunshots in the distance, Koala's Mom pretended she didn't hear anything.
