Kitton is a supporting in the One Piece series that was created by Eiichiro Oda. The series first began serialization in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump on August 4, 1997. He first appeared in the mini arc between the Amazon Lily Arc and the Impel Down Arc in Volume 54.

His first appearance was in One Piece Volume 54 CH. 523 "Hell", and his first anime appearance was in One Piece - Episode 418 "The Friends' Whereabouts; The Science of Weather and the Mechanical Island". His character in the Japanese series is voiced by Aiko Hibi, and the U.S. dub produced by FUNimation has not been announced.
