Taekwondo ace and one of the Eight Fists. A reformed villain of the Mightiest Disciple franchise.
Kisara first appears in the series as a sort of shadowy gang-boss, almost implied to be the leader of the Ragnarok gang that serves as Kenichi's major antagonist, but she is soon revealed as simply being one of the gang's top fighters, the Eight Fists. Kisara is a protege of Ragnarok's 3rd-highest ranking member, Freya, and leads the division that includes Ukita and Takeda.
She sends Takeda and several other subordinates after Kenichi to try and induct him into Ragnarok after word reaches her of his increasing martial prowess, then later has Takeda and Ukita beaten when they defect from her gang. When Kenichi arrives to save them, Kisara is soundly beaten by Miu, causing her to change her priorities from recruiting Kenichi to avenging herself upon Miu. Kisara leaves Ragnarok when a chance meeting with Miu and Kenichi is misconstrued as a change of allegience on her part. Her former teammates are sent to beat her as punishment, and Kisara decides to genuinely throw her lot in with Ragnarok's competition afterwards. She remains one of Kenichi and Miu's most consistent allies throughout the series.
Kisara is a skilled TaeKwando fighter with a short temper and a somewhat abrasive temprament. However, she also has a gigantic soft spot for cats, a trait shared by Miu who tries to use it as a basis for forming a bond between them. Kisara remains hostile to Miu for a long time, but eventually accepts her friendship. Kisara's other closest friend is Freya, who she sees as a sort of mentor and older-sister figure, and whose cool-headed attitude helps compensate for her own short-tempered-ness. Ukita has expressed a romantic interest in her, and while Kisara seems to have similar feelings for him, she's reluctant to show them.
