Is Gunji's partner in executing Arbitro's will and enforcing the rules of Igura, in Togainu No Chi.
Overview
Kiriwar works with Gunji for Arbitro. Together the two work as 'Executioners'. They carry out the job that Arbitro asks of them. As well, Kiriwar and Gunji enforce the rules of Igura, and sadistically kill those who break them. Despite the fact that Kirirwar works for Arbitro he will often get mad and yell at his own boss, but Kiriwar is still much more calm and mature than Gunji. Kiriwar stands at 200 cm tall with short black hair, and a scar across his forehead. He wears a green coat and fights with a lead pipe (which he has affectionately named 'Mitsuko'). Kiriwar returns Gunji's name calling with his own nickname, 'Hiyo' or 'Hiyoko', which means 'chick' or 'baby chick'. Anime and PC Game
In the anime, Kiriwar and Gunji's parts as villains
or antagonizing forces are played down to the extent of them becoming
more neutral side characters than actual conflicting forces against
Akira and the other main characters. This is vastly different in the game, as Kiriwar and Gunji are substantially more violent, sadistic, and perverted. Kiriwar and Gunji as so much more twisted in the game to the point that they become murderous rapists. Most of the video game endings
including Kiriwar and Gunji ultimately end in rape or murder.
