Overview
Kingdom anime series is based on a manga series that is originally created by Yasuhisa Hara. The anime is produced by Pierrot and directed by Jun Kamiya.
For audiences outside of Japan, Funimation is streaming the anime on its website starting in June 2012.
Plot
Based on Chinese history, it's about two war orphans, Shin and Hyou, who have dreams of becoming the future rulers of China.
