On the surface, the Kingdom of Repentance appears to be a safe, clean and beautiful planet. However, this image is falsely created and maintained by the Cleanliness Committee: an organization that uses kidnapping, murder and memory alteration to silence any issues that could possibly taint the image of the planet.
