Masayuki Haitani , his "Partner in Crime". His main interests are in women, and one of his only upside is some degree of skill in computers. He also seems to have an interest in an older woman like Haruka Urashima, who he flirts with from time to time.
He is short, and is almost always shown with big round glasses. In the manga's fifth volume, Kaolla Su even calls him a "small, fat, Hobbit".
