Mabui is a dark-skinned ninja from the Hidden Cloud Village and the secretary of the Fourth Raikage, Ei Yotsuki.

Motoi is a ninja from the Hidden Cloud Village and a long time fried of Killer Bee.

Naruto Uzumaki is a hyper-active ninja of the Hidden Leaf Village and a member of Team 7. Shortly after his birth, the Nine-Tailed Fox was sealed inside of him, but this was kept a secret from him for years. Still, he dreams to become the greatest ninja, the Hokage.

Omoi is a Hidden Cloud ninja and a relative of Karui. He's a part of Team Samui. He and his team are ordered by the Raikage to travel to the Hidden Leaf Village and locate Sasuke Uchiha. He is now a member of the Surprise Attack Division.

Ponta is the giant raccoon companion of the the ninja master Kin.

Samui is the stoic Kunochi from the Hidden Cloud Village. She is the leader of Team Samui.

Shee is a Hidden Cloud ninja.

Third Raikage is a ninja from the Hidden Cloud Village and the former leader. He is also the father of Killer Bee and the Fourth Raikage, Ei Yotsuki.

Yugito is the Host for the Nibi often called the Living Ghost. She comes from the Hidden Village In The Clouds, and claims to be the 2nd best from it.
