Origin

As Sakura Ichiko's butler, Kikunoshin Suwano took care of little Sakura because Sakura is alone in the world.

Creation

Kikunoshin Suwano is created by Yoshiaki Sukeno in the Binbogami Ga! manga series. He makes his debut in the anime series of the same name, episode 1. He is voiced by unknown.

Story Arcs

After Momiji attacks Sakura, and Sakura somehow got Momji unconscious, Kikunoshin drives Momiji and her teddy bear across town while telling Momiji that Sakura is lonely and loves company. On Sakura's birthday, Kikunoshin collapses due to his old age, and Momiji takes him to the hospital. When Sakura allows Momiji to take her fortune and Sakura betrays Momiji and steals her fortune back, Sakura hurries to help Suwano. However, Momiji confronts her, and Sakura shatters the syringe containing her fortune. As a result, Suwano recovers from his heart attack. Sakura tells Suwano that he has permission to leave her and get a new life by marrying another woman. A week later, Suwano sends a postcard to Sakura of the his wife and him.
