Karin is just a normal kid living a normal life... or so she would love to have it played. Instead, she is the 'black sheep' of a vampire family.

Origin

Karin Makka's a special kind of vampire, a blood maker. Where the rest of her family drinks blood, she will give people her blood when she bites. Because of this, she has some strange qualities that also make her different. She can walk in the sunlight and has a poor time seeing in the dark, she can eat human food, is not overwhelmed by the smell of garlic, and doesn't need to bite someone. Her family has a hard time with her abilities including a time that she fainted from to much blood and had to be taken away to the hospital. Luckily, her 'daughter crazy' father went out in the daylight to take her back home but it did burn him badly. Now she tries hard to not be a problem for them by living as though she was on her own. Only one person knows her secret, her best friend Kenta. She actually falls in love with him and wants to make him happy, originally it was because he had her taste in blood which is Depression but it started to become more that she likes him.
