Kamisama Dolls

Summary

It starts in Tokyo: Kyouhei is celebrating the end of a term and is working up the nerve to ask out his crush Hibino, when the two of them witness a bloody murder in an elevator. It turns out the man was murdered by a boy named Aki, who broke free of his prison cell and decided to take revenge on the clan that imprisoned him using his doll (known as a "Kakashi"). Aki is continuing to slaughter anyone connected to the clan, and the only one who can stop him is Utao and her own Kakashi, but Utao lacks the experience to fight him.

On one hand, Kyouhei is trying to escape the clutches of his clan. On the other, he realizes that Aki must be stopped before he kills anyone else.
