Kamijo is the main protagonist of the series To Aru Majutsu no Index. He is able to ward off or negate magic attacks with the "Imagine Breaker".
Touma's right hand has the power called "Imagine Breaker". Neither magical nor scientific in origin, it has the ability to dispel or destroy any esper or magic ability in comes into contact with. Unfortunately a side effect of this appears to be that the Imagine Breaker also destroys all of his good luck. He is exceptionally unlucky.
