An energy attack used in Dragon Ball. The technique was invented by Master Roshi.
The Kamehameha Wave literally means Turtle Striking Wave and was invented by Master Roshi. It took over 50 years for him to master. It is a signature of his Turtle School.
The Kamehameha is formed when cupped hands are drawn to the user's side, and the ki is concentrated into a single point between the cupped hands. The hands are then thrust forward, to expel the streaming mass of ki energy that has been formed. While doing this the user says the name of the technique, usually as "Kame-hame-ha" or "Ka-me-ha-me-HA" Ha is said when the wave is being released.
Master Roshi taught the technique originally to Goku and Krillin, then to Yamcha and Tien Shinhan.
Goku then taught his son Gohan and the reincarnation of Kid Buu, Uub, the technique.
Goten learned the technique by watching his brother Gohan use it.
Vegito and Gogeta, which are fused forms of Goku and Vegeta, use their own powered up versions of the wave respectively.
Cell also learns how to use this technique through genetic memory.
Super Buu and Kid Buu know the technique from absorbing Gohan and Gotenks.
Baby knows the technique through memories taken from Gohan and Goten.
Chocolate Kamehameha: A technique combining Good Buu's Chocolate Wave and Uub's Kamehameha after they merged into a single entity, The attack is charged and thrown like a normal Kamehameha but turns the victim of it's blast to chocolate like many of Good Buu's other attacks.
