Creation

Kambara's character design in the anime series is credited to Katsunori Shibata. He makes his first appearance in the Sengoku Collection episode Brutal Maiden where he is voiced by Yoshiyuki Kono.

Using undisclosed information, Kambara is able to blackmail Ambassador Doggett into turning his embassy into an after hours casino. After of months of smooth operations, Sarah Doggett, the ambassador's daughter, partners with con artist Hisahide Matsunaga to successfully take the casino down.
