Kagura

Origin

Kagura was originally a member of Minamo Kurosawa's class, but when Yukari Tanizaki saw her performance in the sports festival, she arranged to have Kagura put into her class for the next year, so that she would have the two most athletic female students (Kagura and Sakaki). Not much else is known about Kagura's roots prior to her joining Class 3 but it is known that she became an active member of the Swim Team during her first year in high school. Similar to Sakaki, Kagura is her family name; her given name is never revealed.

Personality

Unlike Sakaki, Kagura is more like what you would expect of a typical female jock: she buys into being a "badass" and is also not very inclined towards schoolwork. While Kagura can have just as much of a mischievious streak as Tomo at times, she tends to be more considerate towards others compared to the impulsive and self-centered behavior of Tomo.
