Jura's Magic Seal.

Like Hoteye, Jura uses earth-based magic, but in contrast he hardens rather than softens the ground.

Earth Magic Techniques	Description
Iron Rock Spikes	Jura creates earth spikes that emerge from the ground that immobilizes the opponent (Anime only).
Iron Rock Powder Explosion	Jura creates earth spikes that emerge from the ground and pierce the opponent (Anime only).
Iron Rock Wall	Jura creates pillars of rock from the earth that forms a wall, blocking incoming attacks.
Iron Rock Wall: Continuous Formation	Jura creates pillars of rock from the earth that forms multiple walla, blocking incoming attacks (Anime only).
Supreme King Rock Crush	Jura uses his magic to gather rocks from around him to surround and crush his opponents with various sized stones. In the anime, this move is shown in two phases. In the first phase, the rocks surround the enemy, binding him or her, while in the second phase, these stones are used to crush the enemy. This spell is highly powerful as it was able to defeat the Oracion Seis leader, Brain.
