He´s a scientist that ones worked for the Blue project, an association in charge to search for solutions for the worlds necessities, such as food shortage and other stuff. But unfortunately he had a heart attack wile working. He should have died, but for unknown reasons he managed to survive. Right after his heart attack he got to the conclusion that the human race, with all the pollution, conflicts and disasters that had been creating all along history had no further hope for salvation, and he renegade from it. He attached his heart, or more precisely, created a new heart which became the main device that controlled a huge machine that modified the earth´s magnetic fields. With every beat of his heart the sea level raised more and more, devouring entire cities and continents at a incredibly fast rate. Then he worked to create a new race of amphibian hybrids that would eventually populate the world. Within these hybrids we can count Verg, Amonyushu and Mutio, he´s also responsible for Katsuma´s mutation. With these hybrids he declared war to humanity and a savage fight for survival begin. When finally Tetsu and Mayumi find him in his main base at the South Pole, he explains to them that he´s life is about to reach an end and with his death the earth magnetic field machine is going to stop, so they shut the South Pole operation down. After this he finally dies and the hybrid war ends.
