Jung Freud

A high school student from the Soviet Union that is hailed as a "child genius" and was hand picked to become a member of the Top Squadron, a force of young men and women trained to use the RX-7 Machine Weapons to fight against the oncoming threat of space monsters.  Since first meeting her, Jung has had a fierce rivalry with Kazumi Amano in both the battlefield of space and the battlefield of love—they are both after the heart of the Top Squadron's coach, Koichiro Ohta.  

Jung's name is actually a combination of two famous physicists, Carl Gustav Jung and Sigmund Freud.
