One of the members of the band of the hawk that Griffith sacrificed.
Having previously lived as a street performer, Judeau would later become one of Griffith's most valued men. Even more evident than his skills on the battlefield, was his ability to determine how others around him felt. Judeau was a calm, likable, supportive and humble character in the series. He was secretly in love with Caska, but never acted on those feelings because he respected the love she and Guts shared for one another. He died protecting Caska, during the eclipse, saddened only by the fact that he left so much unsaid to her.
