Plot Summary

Welcome to La Storia della Arcana Famiglia report!

Felicità lost her memories when she attempted to use her Wheel of Fortune powers to save her father. Jolly proposes to use his Arcana Powers to restore Felicità's memories, but the rest of the guys do not forgive Jolly. Will Felicità get her memories back.

Good

Jolly gets the spotlight

• Jolly fans will definitely love this episode. Plus, you get to see his Arcana Powers for the first time.
• Nova and Libertà are making big progress with their character development (more of Nova).

Bad

• I'm pretty worried about how they are going to end this since I think on ANN that they have 12 episodes. I wanted this series to last a bit longer because I got another Italian themed harem, Campione. Campione seems to have a long life span judging from the light novels. It's for a special blog that compares harem and reverse harem's attributes.
• For this episode, there's not much bad stuff that I can think of.

Overall, this episode is good and not slow or boring. We got somewhere in the plot, but the Arcana Duello may not appear. I'm hoping to see a good conclusion for this series since harem games based anime have multiple endings.

Welcome to the weekly La Storia della Arcana Famiglia! Last week, Felicita, Nova, and Liberta stumbles upon a person in tube while in Jolly's laboratory. It's a homunculus. Things just got interesting in this series.

Plot

Felicita finds her father sleeping due to excess work, and she questions Dante and Jolly about her father and homunculus in the tube.

What secrets has Felicita has uncovered about her daddy?

Good

Mondo and the Arcana Cards

• We finally know why Mondo hosted Arcana Duello and get a glimpse of his past and personality. Mondo's excess work is providing energy to Arcana Cards/ or Tarocco who have no hosts. This why Jolly is finding new hosts by experimenting on young children. Poor Debito, Luca, and Pace. They never knew the full truth.
• Felicita's character shines in this episode. I'm glad she does because she is the main character who is overwhelmed by the presence of the interesting, male love interests. It's interesting that she is only character (as of right now) who holds two cards.

Bad

• With these secrets exposed, wouldn't it be better to have explained after the tournament? Yet, this series is slated for 12 episodes from what I heard.
• I hope this series finish what it started or at least end with a good ambiguous cliffhanger.

Overall, this episode is great but not perfect because we still have some things to expect from this show.

Arcana Powers Wiki Pages and Images

Besides collecting card images, I find the seals on the bodies interesting. I have to recapture them. Jolly's seal is on his right eye while Sumire's seal is on her left palm. I couldn't get a good shot for Felicita's Wheel of Fortune seal which is on her back. It was too far away.

Welcome to the weekly La Storia della Arcana Famiglia report! Last week's episode reveals more about Luca and Jolly's relationship, and this week's episode will reveal why Luca, Debito, and Pace hate Jolly.

Plot

While Felicitá sees Elmo and Jolly and Debito is suffering from headaches, Felicitá asks the others about Luca, Jolly, and Debito's relationship. During a spring cleaning for the church, Felicitá gets her answers when Jolly appears.

They mystery behind the eyepatch is solved!

• We finally learn more Pace, Luca, and Debito's origin story and what is underneath Debito's eyepatch, an amethyst that serves as a restrain on Debito's Arcana Powers.
• For Debito and Felicitá fans, you get a naughty scene. I'll show you later.
• Ooh, I was right about Elmo being in the tube in the Piccolino episode. I still wonder what is Jolly's purpose is creating homunculi.

Bad

• We got some action, and this episode is not devoted 100% to an origin story. It's done well than the last couple of episodes which causes a slow pacing in the anime.

So far, this anime feels like a Slice of Life with the Arcana Duello put on hold. I still wonder how are they going to show us who is the winner, the guy who marries Felicitá. My hopes are high, but I still have doubts.

Welcome everyone to the Weekly La Storia della Arcana Famiglia report! Last week's episode was another exposition story where we learn about Nova's past. This week's episode links both Libertà and Nova's pasts. It is interesting, and plus, we get some action to this series.

Plot

When pirates have kidnapped Nova's father, Moreno, it's up to Felicitá, Nova, and Libertà to rescue him. From the shadows, a masked man from Libertà's past stalks them.

• We get some action and some Arcana Powers revealed in this episode.
• For those who like Jolly, he is a weirdo. In the ending, he makes Libertà drinks a concoction that has one confessed to their carnal desires. The words that came out sounds like a Light Novel or Visual Novel's typical sex scene without the graphic description of private parts.
• Nova and Libertà's character shine a bit with Nova smiling more and Libertà proving himself.

Arcana Powers

Bad

• Repetitive Response: It's only funny for the first time, but Felicitá's scene where she kicks Libertà for being a pervert is not needed.

The episode is better than the earlier episodes since it's not an exposition or a slow episode. You got some humorous scenes and action. How do you guys and gals dig this episode?

Howdy everyone and welcome to another weekly report of La Storia della Arcana Famiglia. Last week, we got an insider's look in Libertà and Dante's past. This week, it's all about Nova. We find out why he is so cold.

Plot: Libertà is not the only one dealing with memories of the past. Nova who has been a part of the family since childhood, has never fully felt comfortable.

Who's in the tank?

• Nova's past is revealed in this episode. I find it interesting that he was in an arranged marriage with Felicitá until he voided it when he lost control of his powers and end up killing his parents. He opens up a little bit, but he thinks Felicitá does not understand him.
• Jolly's secret left some questions. I'm thinking it's Elmo who is in the tank.
• The chickpea soup scene is pretty humorous. I haven't tried chickpea soup.

Bad

• It depends if you like Nova or hate him.
• For those who are aching for Arcana Duello or a faster pace, I doubt you'll be happy with this episode at this point.

Overall, this episode is good for fans who like to take it slow, and for fans who are the opposite, you'll probably dropping this.

Welcome to the weekly report of the La Storia della Arcana Famiglia series! The summer weeks are going fast for those who live in the northern hemisphere. Last week, the episode was about a finding owner of a lost cat while Felicitá gets to know how her Mafia family works.

Plot

The story begins with Felicitá, Libertà, and Nova are investigating the mysterious ghost in the kitchen only to find it was Luca who used the ghost to scare Pace from eating the food for the Piccolino, an event where Felicitá and the gang play with the children. The day gets ruined for the children when it starts to rain.

Sumire and Nova

• In this episode, we don't get any new info on Arcana powers, but we get to learn more about Pace, Debito, and Luca. Plus, Liberta's origin story is bit revealed, too.
• Speaking of more info on characters, I love Sumire's scene with Nova. It shows how Nova is learning to be open while Sumire reveals her motherly skills.

Bad

• Since this is a report, I have to be neutral. This episode is a hit or miss with fans. For fans who want action and info about Arcana Duello, this episode may feel like a filler to you.

Points of Interest

Jolly greets someone off screen

• This is interpretation. I think Elmo went home to Jolly who says welcome back home and asks if the person (who is off-screen) had fun today.
• Sumire - I didn't know she was stacked (endowed). Makes me wonder if Felicita will grow up to be beautiful as her mother.
• Libertà - After he groped Felicitá's breasts by accident, he did a good job in dodging her kicks. Most guys in anime would go down. I loved it.

Overall, this episode is great and definitely better than the last episode. It may not be great for everyone for those who want action. It's excellent for those who want to know about the characters.

Hello everyone! It's another beautiful Sunday as we start it off with La Storia della Arcana Famiglia. I'm Taka, a wiki editor, for those who are new to Anime Vice. I'm here with my Wiki Famiglia: BigHeart711 and Sonata and showcasing their works.

Plot

Il Comandante della Squadra Protezinite Animali

Felicitá and Libertà help Nova catch a white cat that Nova saved from being trampled by a carriage. In their little adventure, Felicitá gets help from the family members as they find the owner of the cat while she thinks about the upcoming Arcana Duello.

(Note: I didn't notice it was a flashback episode when I did the wiki work. Crunchyroll states it is flashback. My brain is fried by the wiki work and Church stuff)

Verdict

Good

Hmm, is this foreshadowing?

• Felicitá gets some time to relax, and the fans get to see the relationship growing between her and Libertà and Nova.
• It's another exposition episode where you guys and gals learn more about the Arcana Famiglia people.
• Plus, there's more tarot cards explained.

Bad

• Being another exposition part 2, it still feels awkward with the guys reintroducing themselves and interrupting each other.
• No action - It's hit or miss if you're bored or not. At least, it had some humorous moments.

Overall, this episode is good but not excellent. The episode acts like a filler, yet I find this episode good because it gives more attention to Felicitá who I think needs a lot of spotlight. In reverse harems and harems that are based on games, the potential love interests tend to be more developed and more interesting. For the lead of the harem, they are underdeveloped and their character is weak. A lot of times, you don't see the main character's face especially the male lead.
