He is a quiet man who treats Julia, who is a dragon presently, with care. He will threaten someone with his giant sword when they talk ill of his relationship with Julia.

Creation

Jegan, who is created by Hiro Mashima, has no information on what inspires the author to create him. His Japanese voice actor is Nobutoshi Canna, and his English voice actor is Stephen Apostolina. He first appears in Rave Master episode 18.

Story Arcs

Mystery of Elie

He appears in front of Reina and pets his dragon, and he walks into the castle while ignoring Reina. When Reina is busy talking to Jegan, he looks at her after she talks of how heavy and dirty his sword is. However, when Reina talks how Jegan's relationship with his dragon is stranger, Jegan points his sword at her. As soon as Jegan moves his sword to Reina's chest, Sieg Hart stops them and leads them to the king. Jegan listens to the King and watches how Sieg Hart is chosen to attack the Rave Master.
