Okay people this is just a video collage of a sorts Magneto controlling the Brood. Yeah dont think so.

Wait.... was this done especially for the Jappanese releae of the X-men series or is this a totally different series then the 90s X-Men???

Same 90's series you're thinking of, it just had an original opening for their release. Not too uncommon, we've done it on plenty of the anime we do here.
