She was given a mission by Team Galactic, which was to capture the Lake Guardians' Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf. She suceeded in doing so, but her ship was hit by attacks from Uxie and Mesprit. This caused her ship to crash into Lake Valor, and got caught in a whirlpool. The ship was underwater within minutes. The water pressure caused the glass to break, and the ship exploded. Afterward, J's glasses floated to the top of the water. It is unknown if J survived.
