Izumi Takanashi

Izumi, one of Sota Takanashi's 4 sisters, is a character from the Working!! franchise. She is a writer and a bit of a recluse. She finds many basic tasks, such as washing her face or wiping ink from her hands, to be overwhelming and often has a disheveled look because of this.

Creation

Izumi is a character in both Wagnaria!! series, Working!!/Wagnaria!! and Working'!!/Wagnaria!! 2, published by Aniplex with animation production by A-1 Pictures and the 4-panel manga series Working!!, which is published by Square-Enix and serialized in Young Gangan magazine. Her original design is credited to manga writer and illustrator Karino Takatsu while the anime version is credited to Shingo Adachi. She makes her first anime appearance during episode #4 of the original series.
