Izumi Orimoto

Origin

Izumi was born in Japan but moved to Italy when she was young. Her family just recently decided to move back to Japan but when she started attending school she had trouble making friends due to cultural barrier. While on a camping trip with her class she made friends with one of the girls after being nice to her. She even invited her to eat with her group but her other friends made fun of Izumi. The girl felt bad what her friends said about her and tired to tell her she was sorry but Izumi didn't believe her and yelled at her saying she lied.

One day she received a message from Ofanimon on her phone. It is unknown what her message said but Izumi made it to Shijuku Station for the train to the Digital wolrd where she met Takuya Kanbara, Tomoki Himi, and Junpei Shibayama. After the train stopped they discovered it was a digimon called a trailmon. It then told them the only way to return home is to find the spirit. Shortly after she met Bokomon and Niimon who were running away from a Cerberumon trying to find the spirit. She then witnessed Takuya find the spirit and turn into Agnimon to fight Cerberumon. He successfully defeated Cerberumon and scanned his fractal code returning the missing land to the area. She then learned from Niimon and Bokomon that Takuya was able to evolve because of obtaining the spirit of fire making him the Warrior of Fire. After this she witnessed Kouji Minamoto become Wolfmon Warrior of Light and Tomoki Him become Chakkumon. She also learned that story of the Digital world and Lucemon and his defeat at the hands of the 10 legendary warriors.

After the group came to a crossroad while traveling Takuya and Tomoki decide to go forward while Izumi, Junpei, Bokomon, and Niimon go left which takes them to the forest terminal. There they encounter Floramon being attacked by the Mushroomon brothers. Izumi stood up to them and was able to find her spirit which was the spirit of Wind. Once obtained she evolved into Fairymon the Warrior of Wind. The mushroomon then combined and evolved into a Woodmon. She was able to withstand some of its attacks but was quickly defeated mostly because she wasn't use to her powers yet. Kouji arived and turned into Wolfmon to defeat the Woodmon. He then scanned it and returned the forest terminal back to normal. She then thanks Kouji back he justs walks away. Once they arrived at their next destiantion where she and the group helped free a group of slave Kokuwamon from a Snimon and his army of Goblimon. She then witness Junpei become Blitzmon the Warrior of Thunder.

Fairymon

Izumi as Fairymon

Fairymon is the first of the Spirits of Wind Izumi obtained. She found it in the Forest Terminal while helping to protect a group of Floramon. She at first wasn't use to its powers but figured it out along the way.

Attacks

Breeze Petal: Long, thin tornadoes erupt from Fairymon's fingertips which she throws at her enemies.
Tornado Leg: Gets down on her hands and spreads her legs. She then starts to spin very quickly and creating a strong force of wind to strike her opponent.
Barren Hip: Taps her foes with her buttocks causing temporary feelings of attraction.
Rosy Thunderstorm: A rapid kick with both of her legs.

Shutumon

Izumi as Shutumon

The second Spirit of Wind Izumi Obtained. Shutumon is the Beast Spirit of Wind, and is more powerful than Fairymon. Izumi found this while fighting Ranamon who knocked her into a whirlpool where she discovered her Beast Spirit in a large clam where it was causing the Whirl Pools surrounding the island. She then used it powers to fight Ranamon and later her beast form Calamaramon. She was able to control the Beast Spirit with much ease better than the rest of the gang.

Attacks

Wind of Pain: Throws blades of pink energy at her foes, which rip and slice them with the force of a tornado.
Gilgamesh Slicer: Red energy orbs form around her hands and feet with which she uses to slice and dice her enemies with the power of a hurricane.

JetSilphymon

Izumi as JetSilphymon

JetSilphymon is a Mega-class Hybrid Digimon which is the combined form of Fairymon and Shutumon. Izumi was never granted the power to turn into this form in the anime, due to Seraphimons egg hatching after giving Takuya the power to become Aldamon thus enabling the others to receive the power to combine their spirits. JetSilphymon carries a huge windmill as her weapon and has a jetpack which she uses to fly.

Attacks

Ultra Turbulence: Creates a whirlwind with her windmill and hurls it at her enemy.
Jet Winter: Uses the jets on her back to charge at her enemy.
