Kisame, a Rouge from the Villiage Hidden in the Mist, works with the Akatsuki. He is also the strongest swordsman out of the 7 they are in the Hidden Village of the Mist

Shisui Uchiha is a ninja from the Hidden Leaf Village and member of the Uchiha Clan.

Zetsu is a member of the Akatsuki and his ability to fuse inanimate objects makes him the ideal information gatherer and observer for the group.
