Not much is known about Isuka except he might possibly be German. Isuka is hinted at having a fetish with Aki for some strange reason as seen when he was eating lunch with an unwilling Cana and kept asking about him. For the most part, Isuka is an angel whose job is to eliminate vampires and their servants but in the day when he can't work he is the student body president.
