AfterSatsuki delivers her charismatic declaration of war, Ira blocks Rei's attacks that were aimed for Satsuki. Satsuki orders Inumuta to free everyone. The audience is free from the Life Fiber cocoons because of the Anti-Uniform Guerilla Needles that were used. Satsuki has her army demonstrate their power in front of her mother. Uzu confronts Nui who already forgotten who Uzu is. When Ryuko asks why Satsuki attacked them, Satsuki mentions she has no need for weak allies. Satsuki reveals the true to everyone and calls for a war against the Life Fibers. In Uzu's fight, Uzu shows off his improved attacks. Inumuta joins in, but he gets caught up in his talk until Ira and Nonon attack Nui. Meanwhile, Mako reunites with her family for a quick meal. Ira orders Mako to start evacuating the civilians in the stadium. Mako uses the power of Takoyaki to lure everyone outside.

Satsuki shares how she was one of the first humans to be experimented with the Life Fibers. Though, Satsuki was too old. Ragyo had decided to use her 2nd child. After Ragyo had discarded her 2nd child, Soichiro decides to stand up against the Life Fibers. Meanwhile, Shiro and his sewing club rendezvous with Soroi in the room that houses the Primordial Life Fiber. Shiro and his men fire the insta-freeze agent all over the Primordial Life Fiber. When Rei attacks Satsuki, Satsuki slashes Rei who was only an illusion. Ragyo and Rei reappear in Satsuki's army and takes control over some of the students via Mind Stitching. As Ragyo send her army to attack, Satsuki transforms into Kamui Junketsu form and engages the enemy. Aikuro and Tsumugu engages the enemy. Ragyo reveals that she has tied up Ryuko. She controls Ryuko's mind and has her fight Satsuki. Nui has her dopplegangers play with Uzu's group while she watches Satsuki's fight with Ryuko. Ryuko manages to break free from Ragyo's mind control.

Then, Nui confronts Ryuko and explains that Ragyo and her were behind Isshin's murder. While Ryuko fights Nui herself, Satsuki faces off with her mother. Senketsu remarks that he and Ryuko has finally become one, Jin-i-ittai. On stage, Satsuki fights her mother to avenge her dead, young sister. She beheads Ragyo. With Ragyo's blood raining upon hte stage, the Primordial Life Fiber awakens from its slumber and attacks Shiro's group. Irori saves Shiro's group. Suddenly, Ragyo's incapacitated body attacks Satsuki. Her head comes together like a doll stitching itself. Ragyo breaks Satsuki's Bakuzan and blasts her daughter after coping a feel of her daughter's crotch area.

In the sky, the Primordial Life Fiber and its COVERS appear. Ragyo wears Junketsu and tosses Satsuki. Ragyo stabs Ryuko and pulls out her heart. It turns out that Ryuko's body has Life Fiber inside. Ragyo mentions that Ryuko is her second daughter.

Points of Interest

  • Crunchyroll: Due to production issues, episode 18 of Kill La Kill will be delayed by approximately 12 hours.
  • Though initially delayed 12 hours, all official streaming outlets were forced to delay Episode 18 further with no clear timeline for its release. It was finally released on February 14th, 11 AM (EST).
  • Mon Mignon Prêt-à-Porter! means "my cute clothes!" in French.
  • Ryuko and Senketsu reaches the ultimate synchronization, Jin-i-ittai (Life Fiber Synchronization).
