Hunter X Hunter (2011)

Overview

A reboot version of the original anime series, Hunter X Hunter, written and illustrated by Yoshihiro Togashi. The Anime was published by NTV with a better quality and new soundtracks. The characters are designed by Takahiro Yoshimatsu.

The Anime has started airing at 2nd October 2011 and the series is still running. The Official Anime/Drama site Crunchyroll has began airing the Anime. The voice actors/actresses of each characters are changed.

Plot

Gon Freecss is a boy who lives in Whale Island. He's aiming on becoming a great Hunter in order to find his father. He met with fellow friends in the Exam : Kurapica, Leorio, and Killua Zaoldyeck. Together, they have their dreams to achieved.

Characters

Gon Freecss

Gon Freecss is a boy who live in Whale Island with his aunt, Mito. He started a journey to take the Hunter Exam in order to find his father. He will meet friends along the exam like Kurapika, Leorio, and shared a great friendship with Killua Zaoldyeck.

Killua Zaoldyeck

Killua is a boy who came from an elite assassin family. He was ran away from home and take the Hunter Exam just for fun. In the exam, he met with Gon and the two started a friendship, along with Kurapika and Leorio.

Kurapica

Kurapica is the last survivor of the Kurata Clan. He joined the Hunter Exam in order to avenge his clan to an evil organization, Phantom Troupe.

Leorio

Leorio join the Exam in order to make a huge amount of Money, Cool Cars, Good Liquors, and Sexy Ladies. Behind those reasons, he was actually aiming on becoming a great doctor.

Story Arcs

Pre Exam Arc

Gon has decided on participate in the Exam Arc in order to find the truth why his father left to the outside world. Along the way, Gon will meet fellow applicants who will accompany him. He and his friends, Kurapica and Leorio are facing few tests before the exam begin.

Exam Arc

After finished a few tests before the Exam, Gon and his friends has stepped into a place where they will face the real challenge to take the title of Hunter. Gon met up with a new friend from an assassin family, Killua Zaoldyeck.
