Howard Resort

Overview

The Howard Resort is a luxurious location that houses not only the Howard Casino, but a theater, amusement park, water beach, virtual reality center, numerous hotels and many other lavish attractions. The entire compound is owned by Tom Howard, a somewhat perverted man, who constantly seeks new ways to expand the resort.

The Opening of Sky Resort

Mr. Howard, the owner and creator of the Howard Resort eventually adds a new attraction to his compound: the Sky Resort. The Sky Resort is a floating casino that is ran an operated by Linda, a large breasted android that wears scantily clad clothing. Once opened, the Sky Resort becomes the primary setting for the series and numerous events and Gate Battles take place their.

Mr. Howard Gambles Away His Ownership

Mr. Howard has always had ultimate faith in Rio Rollins, the most popular and talented dealer at the resort, but his biggest bet was placing ownership of the resort on the line in a bet against a rival casino owner named Cartia Goldschmidt. Cartia backed Rio's adopted sister in the bet and Rio was defeated, granting Cartia ownership of the entire resort with the exception of the Sky Resort.
