The gym is based in a small town named Lavaridge. It is located next to the "Herbal Care" store were they sell herbs and other natral medicines for pokemon and people. The gym is a remodeled section of Mr. Moore's(Flannery's grandfather) house. Almost directly behind the gym right underneath the clif were the hot-springs are at is a small garden filled with flowers, berries, and other food items. Just beyond that is a very large tree with a huge garden of flowers surounding it. Residents of Lavaridge call this tree "Tree of Harmony".

The former Gym Leader of Sootopolis City who became the Region champion of the Hoenn Region. Wallace is also a Contest Master and he specializes in using Water Type Pokemon. He made his anime debut appearance in the Diamond and Pearl series.

Wattson is the Third Gym leader in Hoenn; he uses pokemon of the electric variety.

She is the Gym leader of the Fortree City and specializes in training Flying Type Pokemon.
