Hinata Urashima is the grandmother of Keitaro Urashima, and previous owner of the Hinata-sou.
In the anime series, she makes Keitaro Urashima the Kanrinrin (resident manager) and later on he becomes the owner of the Hinata-sou. She is the daughter of Keisuke Urashima.
