A officer in the Marines. She ate the Cage-Cage Fruit which gives her the ability to let others pass through her body, in the process getting captured in a ring of iron.

Origin

A powerful Marine Captain and holder of a potent Devil's Fruit power, Captain Hina (or Hina for short) is a person that most unlucky pirates who accidentally cross her path fear. Using her abilities granted to her by the Cage-Cage Fruit, Hina can create and manipulate iron bars in order to trap people within cages. Among her crew are the disgraced former Captain Fullbody and the reformed pirate Jango.

Creation

Hina was originally created by Eiichiro Oda for use in the One Piece manga franchise. Hina first appears in One Piece: Volume 19 and in One Piece: Episode 127.
