Issei Hyoudou
The male protagonist of the series, Issei Hyoudou is a perverted second-year student of Komaou Private Academy. He hangs around with his friends Matsuda and Motohama, peeking on girls and watching adult videos together. He is avoided by the girls at school, but outside school is asked out by a girl named Yuma. On his first date, he is killed by Yuma, but is then revived by Rias Gremory and reborn as a devil of her clan. His rank is "Pawn", and he wields a Sacred Gear called "Boosted Gear" which increases his powers.

Rias Gremory
The female protagonist of the series, Rias Gremory is a third-year student and a powerful devil. When Issei dies, Rias revives him in order for him to become her servant. She is the president of the Occult Research Club and leader of her clan, her rank is "King".

Akeno Himejima
Akeno Himejima is a student of Komaou Private Academy and second-in-command of Rias' clan, Priestess of Thunder. Her rank is "Queen".

Asia Argento
Asia Argento is a beautiful nun who encounters Issei in town. Like Issei, she is reborn as a devil of Rias' clan, her rank is "Bishop".

Koneko Tojo
Koneko Tojo is a junior grade loli and mascot of the Komaou Private Academy for her appearance. Her rank is "Rook".

Yuto Kiba
Yuto Kiba is a student of Komaou Private Academy who know for his attracted looks around all female students. His rank is "Knight".
